Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Blackties dashboard, operated by Blackties Technologies Ltd (“we”, “us”). By signing in and using the dashboard, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the dashboard.

2. Who can use the dashboard

The dashboard is a private tool for authorised users only — our staff, drivers, garage partners and customers to whom we have issued an account. You may only use it for the purpose we gave you access for.

3. Your account and security

You are responsible for keeping your username, password and two-factor codes confidential, and for everything done under your account. Do not share your login. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: access data you are not authorised to see; attempt to disrupt, probe or bypass the security of the dashboard; upload anything unlawful or harmful; or use the dashboard other than as intended. We may suspend access if you break these rules.

5. Our content

The dashboard, its design and its contents are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell or reuse them except as needed to use the service normally.

6. Your data

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the dashboard available and working, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and carry out maintenance, from time to time.

8. Liability

[This section should be drafted by a solicitor. It should set out, to the extent the law allows, the limits of our liability — while not excluding liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.]

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your relationship with us ends, or where we reasonably need to. You may stop using the dashboard at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the current version will always be available here. Continuing to use the dashboard means you accept the updated terms.
